That’s What She Said–In Utah This Week

I saw this yesterday and it made my day! Thanks to Nina Garin at The San Diego Union-Tribune! Being called the Carrie Bradshaw with a foul mouth is possibly the best thing ever. And sooooo true.

You’re not the only straight girl I know who marched as if gay in the parade. It’s weird to me, even though I totally get that pride ain’t just for LGBTs.
I’d like to nominate you as an honorary gay person. (Please, when filling out your paperwork use me as a reference. I could use the free toaster oven.)

That was a HUGE parade – it was so great to see such diversity coming out in Salt Lake City.
I have gayness ALL around me: family, friends, peers, even my mail carrier is totally suspect and STILL I HAVE NOT GOTTEN TO GO TO FREAKING PRIDE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am gay and have never been to a pride parade. I’m SO jealous!
the pics are great. i must confess though that my favorite is heaven. we can’t get dr. pepper here…diet or the full of sugar variety. the only diet drink available is diet coke, which totally works, but there are times i would love a diet DP!
the parade was fantastic but the bouncing balls photo is bloody brilliant and my favourite shot of the day – well done ak.
