a seemingly normal couple? not a chance in hell. wait, do scientologists believe in hell?remember when tom cruise was cute (circa- risky business), and mostly sane? this was, of course, before he donated his once functioning brain to “the cause” or scientology, whatever.

the upcoming birth of his monster baby just keeps getting weirder and weirder. the silent birth? come on, i’ve seen movies– you’re supposed to scream and carry on, cursing your husband and sometimes even threatening his life. scientologists believe this strange ritual should be carried out to prevent children from turning mad. funny, because i thought scientology was the factor in turning people mad.

scream, katie, scream! then, for the love of god, wash your hair.

Where did you find that pix? It’s killing me, their attempt at normalcy! Thanks for the laugh!

I didn’t scream during childbirth but
A- I had an epidural and
B- No one was trying to tell me I couldn’t.

As my doc said, no one knows what will happen during child birth. These two are going to be sorely disappointed no matter what from the looks for things. Such a shame.

Remember that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine had her picture taken for her Christmas card?

Could their affection possibly look any more insincere??? These two are mad as hatters. Maybe the kid will get lucky and get adopted by Katie’s mom and dad. They seem nice and normal.

    a) since when has normalcy been the sole determinant of good parenting? i know plenty of normal folks who raise normal, average, boring kids. people who use the argument “it’s not normal” to make a case against anything are inherently lame. (presesnt company excluded, of course)

    2) how two grown people want to experience the birthing process is entirely their own business, and, unless they’re harming the baby, who’s to say they’re wrong?

    iii) religious intolerance is inexcusable.

    d) yeah- scientology is crazy, and so are these two. they’ll be bad parents for sure.

annie: i think it’ll be that baby that is disappointed. how tragic to come into the world and realize tomkat made you.

    j2: good observation.

    smug: exactly.

mystery boy: blah, blah, blah…come see me.
